Angela Schumacher

Angela Schumacher is a graduate intern for Michigan Tech’s Counseling and Wellness Services. Her educational and training background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Rural Human Services from Finlandia University, a Forensic Interviewing certificate from the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan, as well as an American Red Cross Instructor Certificate to teach professional and community CPR and First Aid classes. Currently, Angela is attending Michigan State University to earn a Master’s degree in Social Work. She is originally from the Houghton area and enjoys spending time with her family and pets. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, canoeing, camping, cross country skiing, pencil art, and photography.
